TERMS OF USE

Welcome to sajt-trgovina.com/booking_calendars/. By accessing or purchasing our PHP Calendar Script (the “Product”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Product.

1. License Grant

• License Type: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product according to the license type listed on the Product page (single domain / multiple domains / client use).
• No Redistribution: You may not resell, distribute, sublicense, share, or publicly publish the Product, modified or unmodified.
• Modifications: You may modify the source code for personal or internal business use. Modified versions are still covered by these Terms and may not be distributed.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Product, including source code, design, documentation, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Aleksandar Jovic PR MYWEB. Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership.

3. Payment & Delivery

• All payments are securely processed by our payment partner **Paddle**.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the Product download.
• Prices shown on our website may be subject to taxes depending on your country or region.

4. Refund Policy

If the Product does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion after reviewing the issue. No refunds are available for:

• downloads already used and implemented on a live project,
• incorrect purchases,
• requests filed after 14 days.

5. Support & Updates

• Basic technical support via email (calendars@sajt-trgovina.com or aleksandrou@gmail.com) is included with your purchase.
• The purchased version includes lifetime use but not guaranteed lifetime updates.
• Some updates may be offered as paid upgrades.

6. Restrictions

• You may not remove copyright notices.
• You may not claim authorship of the Product.
• The Product may not be used for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with every server configuration, PHP version, or third-party plugin. You are responsible for ensuring that your hosting environment supports the Product.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, compatibility problems, business interruption, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not collect personal data through the Product. Any payment-related data is processed exclusively by Paddle in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Leskovac, Serbia.
